10UMF. Rhyan Hance is in his third year coaching MYL players, including his son (and hopes to one day coach his daughters as well).  Rhyan previously coached youth lacrosse for Calvert Lacrosse Club in Southern Maryland and played collegiately.  Rhyan is passionate about character development, sportsmanship and helping young lacrosse players develop a true love for the game and an appreciation for hard work.  Rhyan hopes to continue to expand his coaching repertoire in the years to come and hopes to help continue to grow the game in Northern Virginia generally.

10UMF. Jason Kerr has coached youth lacrosse for 6 years.   This is his second year of coaching McLean Youth Lacrosse; he previously coached youth lacrosse programs in Ohio (Rocky River Youth Lacrosse) and Florida (South Tampa Sticks).  He has served as an assistant coach and head coach for age groups 10U through 14U as well as Girls 5/6.  He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, was a high school and college athlete, and is dedicated to promoting and honoring the game through positive coaching.

10UMF. Donald Avondolio is coaching in his second year as an assistant for the 10UB age group where his twin sons play. Donald played goalie at St. Anthony’s High School on Long Island and at Siena College in Upstate NY. Donald loves coaching the kids in the frigid weather of winter!

12UB1 & 14UB2. Chris Cutler is entering his fourth year as an MYL head coach.  His focus is on leadership and teamwork.  He balances his thirst for competition and opponent destruction by providing an environment for players to enjoy the experience of success and defeat.  Coach Cutler began playing lacrosse in 1985 and continued playing lacrosse in the NCAA and international level for 19 years as a goalie, close defense and long stick middie.  Coach Cutler is the MYL Boys Commissioner and 12U & 14U Coordinator.
