10UA. Lael Campbell, a former MYL Commissioner, has been coaching MYL players for over 6 years. As a former assistant coach at W&L University, Coach Campbell has more than 20 years of lacrosse coaching experience at the College, High school and youth levels. Coach Campbell was head varsity lacrosse coach at Highland Park HS in Texas, and at Falls Church HS, where he was awarded 2006 Northern VA Coach of the Year. Coach Campbell leads the MYL 10U team coaching two of his three boys.
12UA. This will be Marc Cadin's 6th season coaching either the Boys and Girls in the McLean program. Marc's previous coaching experience included the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Flint Hill School as well as coaching in the Chantilly youth lacrosse club. Marc was a nationally recognized Goalie at Villanova University and played Internationally at the Boardman and Eccles club in Manchester, England. Marc is passionate about developing players of all levels and he has a particular soft spot for young Goalies.
12UB. Chris Cutler is a US Lacrosse Level 3 coach who has coached MYL for two years with a record of 16-3-1. Chris began playing lacrosse for Vienna in 1985 in Northern Virginia’s first league, the Washington Area Lacrosse League (WALL). Chris continuing playing lacrosse in the NCAA and international level for over 15 years as a goalie, close defense and long stick middie. He is also the MYL Boys Commissioner, 12U Coordinator, Coach and McLean High School JV Lacrosse Coach.
14UA. This will be Paul Zidlicky’s 11th consecutive year coaching in the McLean boys program. He has served as an assistant coach and head coach for age groups from U9 through U15. He played close defense at Calhoun High School on Long Island and close defense/LSM for Brown University.
14UB. Will Gould has been coaching McLean Youth Lacrosse boys and girls teams for nine years. Will has also coached boys varsity high school lacrosse at Blue Ridge School near Charlottesville, Virginia and The Branson School in Marin County, California. He played attack at Haverford College where he was a team captain and all-conference player. He’s been privileged to coach both his children and numerous other players who have progressed through the MYL program and is encouraged to see youth lacrosse thrive in the Northern Virginia area.
14UB. Bobby Han has been involved with McLean Youth Lacrosse for nearly ten years – first as a parent, then as an assistant coach, Boys’ Coordinator, and now as a Board Member. He is excited to help grow the sport of lacrosse that he first learned on the cold high school fields of Massachusetts. Bobby lives in McLean with his wife Jae and three boys.
